Now Hiring - Casual Fine Dining Servers in The Chippewa Room | Audie's Restaurant Join one of Northern Michigan's premier dining destinations! The Chippewa Room at Audie's is a Mackinaw City top rated restaurant on TripAdvisor and a proud Wine Spectator Award of Excellence recipient. We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as a Casual Fine Dining Server . If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you. Casual Fine Dining Server Responsibilities Provide polished, attentive table service in our casual fine dining restaurant Guide guests through our menu, daily features, and wine selections Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and scratch-made cuisine with professionalism Accurately enter orders using our POS system Anticipate guest needs and create an exceptional dining experience from start to finish Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room Qualifications Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred Fine dining experience preferred for server applicants Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings is a plus Friendly, dependable, organized, and guest-focused Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Evening, weekend, and Monday availability preferred Position Details Seasonal part-time or full-time positions available through October Shifts Range from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM daily, weekend availability preferred Employment through the end of the season, with opportunities for year-round employment based on performance and business needs Complimentary shift meal Employee dining discounts for family and friends Great team atmosphere in a busy, professional restaurant Become part of a team known for exceptional hospitality, scratch-made cuisine, fine wines, craft beer, and handcrafted cocktails.
