Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks as necessary, maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
