Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling as needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and manage guest flow effectively Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in customer service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high service standards Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, along with beverage expertise including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, and wine pairing skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently Join us to create lively dining experiences where every guest leaves satisfied!
