Waitress / To-Go Team Member Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and motivated Waitress / To-Go Team Member to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering phone calls, assisting the food service staff, preparing and packaging to-go orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately. Package and prepare to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. Support food service staff as needed during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. Handle customer questions and resolve issues courteously. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items as needed.
