This is accomplished by executing timely service, by being friendly, and going the extra mile to ensure our member and guests happiness. Responsibilities of a server and banquet server include: Serving members and guests during restaurant hours and/or banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience. Greeting members, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and ensuring members have an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Learning restaurant POS for food ordering. Set up banquet room as requested by supervisors to include glassware, service ware, linen, etc. Abide by all corporate act, laws and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. After the banquet, reset banquet room in accordance with the supervisor's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for other functions. Perform other related functions that may be assigned.
