Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Process payments using cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- I.D guests for alcoholic beverages
- Take a TIPS or TAM certification within 30 days of hire
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or sales preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Ability to upsell and recommend menu items
