Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, advancing knowledge of Michigan Craft Beverages, engaging with patrons, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Experience is highly valued. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and knowledge of Craft Beverages. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Restock supplies as needed and continue business relations with suppliers. Ensure responsible serving practices in accordance with alcohol regulations Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation Requirements Proven experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills.
