Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes efficiently to maintain a clean and organized service area. Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive service that enhances their overall experience. Follow food safety and handling procedures diligently to uphold health standards throughout each event. Support catering operations by assisting with food preparation and replenishing supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow from start to finish, addressing guest needs proactively. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably during shifts. Experience with banquet service, catering, or restaurant environments is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support event schedules.
