Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bussers to support our front-of-house team and help deliver a great guest experience. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Deliver orders from the kitchen to the correct tables rapidly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature ("Hot Food Hot, Cold Food Cold"). Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, and service stations Communicate customers needs to serving staff and assist guests as needed Stock and restock supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments, etc.) Support opening and closing duties Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas throughout shift Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff ⸻ Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy during slow periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods ⸻ Schedule Requirements Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays required Flexible scheduling based on business needs ⸻ Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $15/hour plus tips Shift Meal Opportunity for growth within the company
