Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience working with pediatric populations Prior work within school settings strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on students goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom Provide both individual and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
