Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving, bussing, and assisting in the kitchen when necessary Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and billing Experience with culinary techniques or food preparation is a plus for better understanding of menu items Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
