Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled customer service advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, hospitality, and serving, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service in various settings such as Golf clubs, banquets, or the food industry. Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure their overall satisfaction Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of various beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink garnishes
Pay:
$12.00- $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0
