Crow River Winery is hiring a positive and outgoing person to join our Tasting Room team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, being part of a collaborative team environment, and creating an excellent experience for every customer. Schedule is flexible, but regular availability on Friday nights and weekends is required. The ideal candidate for this position: thrives in a fast-paced environment has serving or bartending experience (2+ years preferred) maintains composure while under pressure has exceptional customer service skills and will always put the customer first is professional, friendly, and enjoys talking with guests must be willing to work some weekends and Friday nights is 21+ We've got a great team, quality products, a tasty bistro menu, and a delightful customer community - come work with us.
