As our Hutchinson facility continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, hands-on Woodworker who takes pride in building high-quality products. What You'll Do As a Woodworker , you'll be part of the team that brings our saunas to life—assembling, preparing, and packaging products that support wellness and relaxation for customers across the country.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble sauna units and components using cut lists and technical drawings Measure and verify materials to ensure accuracy and fit Perform woodworking tasks including cutting, shaping, and product preparation Assist with material prep and workflow across production areas Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards Cross-train in multiple production areas to support team efficiency Work collaboratively to keep production moving safely and accurately What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn the Woodworker role Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements Able to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Woodworking experience is helpful, but not required Schedule & Pay Monday
