Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen's French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a Server ( weekend availability is a must ) who embodies the restaurant's culture of genuine hospitality. Servers are expected to take ownership of every guest's experience, have a high level of emotional intelligence, and deliver thoughtful, welcoming, and professional service. They must have a strong, confident presence at the table and a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits.

Required Skill Set and Knowledge:

Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques Comprehensive knowledge of wine and wine service Comprehensive knowledge of cocktail ingredients and techniques Ability to confidently make food and beverage pairing recommendations
