As a server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain restaurant process to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Skills
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in food preparation and handling
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services
