Job Description

Starting at $17.50 Looking for a flexible part-time or full-time job? Join the fun, focused, and supportive team at Sterling Catering & Events! We're currently hiring Banquet Servers to deliver food, beverages, and outstanding service at a wide range of events.
HIRING TO WORK THE WEEK OF JUNE 22ND
(more details upon interview) Must be available to start at or before 9am! Our operations are based out of the Best Western Kelly Inn in St. Cloud. If you're energetic, dependable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Banquet Server Responsibilities:
Arrive clean with proper attire Assist in event preparation, set up and tear down of event area and necessary banquet materials Serve guests and fulfil needs/requests in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain and clean all prep/storage areas, and banquet materials Follow food safety rules
Banquet Server Job Requirements and Required License or Certification:
Must be 16 years or older Reliable transportation Must be able to bend, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to eight hours Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to all guests and other staff
