The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting. What will you do? Set up tables following the banquet event orders Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed Bus Tables & maintain clean foodservice areas Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures Break down the event according to company procedures. More about you Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience Excellent guest service skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment The ability to tend to guests' needs & fulfill them quickly Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays preferred Physical requirements Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift Ability to lift 35 pounds Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
