As a Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and wine, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our establishment. Duties Greet guests promptly upon arrival, providing them with information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items, including specials to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation processes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Requirements Previous restaurant experience in a fine dining setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to perform basic math for order processing and cash handling tasks. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
