We're a busy, fast-paced neighborhood bar and restaurant with a strong group of long-term employees and loyal customers. We're looking for someone who enjoys serving and working directly with customers but is also comfortable stepping into a leadership role and helping keep the front of the house running smoothly. What You'll Do Serve and provide great customer service during busy shifts Help lead and support the front-of-house staff Keep shifts organized and running smoothly Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Handle customer concerns professionally Help maintain our standards for service, cleanliness, and teamwork Step in wherever needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Restaurant/bar serving experience required Previous management, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Dependable, organized, and able to make decisions Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Someone who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in and help Evening and weekend availability This is a great opportunity for an experienced server who is ready for more responsibility, or a restaurant manager who still enjoys being on the floor, serving customers, and working alongside the team.
