Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as CLOVER, ensuring timely and correct processing of transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail mixing, wine pouring, spirits service, and beverage presentation in accordance with safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing sales transactions with POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software Assist guests with questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or wine pairings to foster guest relations and satisfaction Support team members during busy hours by collaborating seamlessly in a fast-paced environment that may include nightclub or fine dining settings Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as CLOVER, or similar platforms for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on creating memorable dining experiences!
