In search of service professionals to provide top notch service to our guests at the most exciting entertainment complex at Lake of the Ozarks. We are a high volume location. Weekend availability and holidays are required. We are open year round and offer on the job training. Must be reliable, adaptable, coachable, team oriented, and guest driven. Posted pay does not include tips.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
