The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
