Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS or Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling all sales transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and kitchen support when needed Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas to ensure smooth operations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Square POS and Toast POS; familiarity with POS processing is essential Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Proven customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Previous food service experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively environment!
