• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter orders into the Aloha POS system or similar software
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process guest payments using cash handling procedures and POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders ```Experience```
• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management software is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
