In this role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming patrons, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling, preparation, and sanitation standards also a plus but willing to train the correct person. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

COMPENSATION

$8
