Responsibilities Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a spotless and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant or catering area Support bussing activities by clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service Help serve food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm, adhering to proper food handling procedures Contribute to food preparation and kitchen support tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing any special requests or concerns Support catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and ensuring timely delivery of food items Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and uphold hospitality standards Take out trash and clean all spills and messes Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with kitchen operations, serving techniques, and hotel or catering environments is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects, run large loads of heavy trash, lift kegs, refill server and bar ice, consistently move quickly and with attention to detail.
