Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness Assist with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in serving areas to support smooth operations Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Experience with food industry tools such as OpenTable for reservations and upselling techniques to maximize sales Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
