Job Opportunity:
Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor) ProVest , one of the nation's largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota (MN) . Applicants must reside in Minnesota , preferably near Jackson County . Requirements Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred) Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment , depending on client requirements, including attempts during: Before 9:00 AM After 6:00 PM Weekends All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting Responsibilities Serve legal documents within assigned areas Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile) Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time Plan routes and manage your own schedule Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times Qualifications We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who: Have strong time management and organizational skills Are comfortable working independently Communicate clearly and professionally Are comfortable using mobile technology Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism Preferred Experience Private Investigators Experienced Process Servers Law Enforcement or Security background Support Provided You will have a dedicated ProVest liaison for support. Training and support on ProVest's mobile applications and reporting requirements will be provided.
