About the Role This position focuses on our cold station and food running , including: Daily prep of fresh salad ingredients and cold items Plating desserts with consistency and care Keeping the cold station stocked, organized, and spotless Running food to tables quickly and accurately Supporting the kitchen and front-of-house during busy services Helping ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking beautiful and complete This role is essential to our flow and guest satisfaction. Pay Structure (Please Read Carefully) This is an hourly position that includes BOTH base pay AND tips from the server tip pool. Your hourly range is made up of: Guaranteed base hourly wage PLUS shared tips from the server pool This means your take-home pay reflects both your hourly rate and nightly tips — rewarding teamwork and great service. We pay every two weeks via direct deposit. No under-the-table pay. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Is reliable and shows up on time every shift (barring real emergencies) Is drug-free, dependable, and consistent Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Moves with purpose and urgency — not slow or distracted Follows directions and established systems Takes pride in clean workspaces and food presentation Understands and follows health codes and food safety standards Works well with others and communicates respectfully Handles stress professionally Is detail-oriented and cares about doing things right Is looking for a long-term position — not quick money or frequent job changes This is a role for someone who values teamwork, cleanliness, and quality.
