Key Responsibilities:

Provide great service by maintaining your tables to FS Food Group standards. Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them Know regulars by name (know their preferences and needs) Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS Make the restaurant a place you would like to eat by keeping it clean and friendly Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the entire restaurant

Qualifications:

Must have at least one year of previous serving experience in an upscale-casual or fine-dining establishment. Can provide spectacular hospitality for our guests Must have open availability Enjoys working in a stimulating team-based environment Dependable and has a positive attitude Maintains a calm and cool presence during the shift with a genuine smile Can lift at least 25 pounds Can stand for long periods of time Has excellent communication skills Wine knowledge is a plus!
