Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide informed recommendations to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including table settings and overall restaurant appearance. Assist with any additional tasks as needed to enhance the guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
