Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Wasabi Japanese Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Ensure that all food is served in accordance with restaurant standards for quality and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Process payments accurately using the Aloha POS system. Assist with food preparation and sanitation as needed. Requirements Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing orders and payments effectively.
