WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set the stage for a great dining experience by preparing tables and keeping workstations organized. Welcome residents and guests and provide warm, gracious, and attentive service. Take orders and confidently answer questions about menu items. Anticipate what residents and guests may need and go the extra mile to make their experience special. Keep tables clean and inviting throughout the meal. Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing and clean-dish distribution when needed. Help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment. Complete assigned cleaning tasks and help keep the dining area looking its best. Participate in training and team education. Jump in and support your team wherever needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality. Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively in English. Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, or fine-dining environment is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Ability to confidently explain menu items and answer resident and guest questions. Someone who is courteous, patient, gracious, and comfortable working with residents, families, guests, and teammates. A team player who is dependable, professional, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way.
THE DETAILS
This is an active, hands-on role. Servers spend the majority of the workday standing and walking and must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds independently. The position also requires the ability to push and pull bus carts weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, stoop, reach, and balance throughout the workday.
