Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using Shift4 POS systems, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and manage POS systems with proficiency Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Proven food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems; ability to process sales transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly between duties Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations to ensure quality standards are met Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
