Position Title Dining Room Lead (AM) / Dining Room Lead (PM) Reports To Dining Operations Manager and Dining Services Director Position Summary The Dining Room Lead is a working leadership position responsible for maintaining exceptional hospitality standards, resident satisfaction, operational execution, and front-of-house team accountability. The Dining Room Lead serves as the service standard bearer during assigned shifts and provides leadership support in dining room operations, bartending, training, coaching, and resident engagement.
