Duties Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring a welcoming dining environment. Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables as a Food Runner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, including floors, countertops, and service stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant flow and excellent guest experiences. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of basic food handling safety procedures and cleaning protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies. Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
