SERVERS What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer-service skills Dependable and punctual team members Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant and bar environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn our menu, beverage offerings and service standards Availability for a combination of days, evenings, weekends and special events Restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations according to food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

$8.00 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
