Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are prepared and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as required. Utilize Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service. Willingness to assist where needed, demonstrating a helpful demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
