Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with precision and care. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and standards is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in a busy environment. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
