Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation compliance Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options based on guest preferences Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations gracefully Experience in beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and drink presentation Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices within the food industry Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality!
