Duties:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
• Operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
• Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Assisting with sanitizing tables, chairs, and other high-touch surfaces
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promoting a positive dining experience for guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred, but not required
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
