LOOKING FOR ROCKSTARS!

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences during lunch & dinner service, events and banquets. We are all responsible for ensuring that our Members and their guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality. A background in Food & Beverage Service preferred but not required. Responsibilities Daily set up of Dining Room for Lunch and Dinner service. Set up Banquet Rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor. This includes the break down of events as well. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably. Expected to be able to stand for extended periods of time. Be able to serve food and beverages to Members and their guests in a timely and professional manner. Ability to tend Bar and make a variety of cocktails. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift. Ensure that all food safety and handling guidelines are followed. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with Kitchen Staff and Event Coordinators to ensure smooth operations during events. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries. Daily duties include, side work to be done at the beginning, throughout and end of shift. This includes, but is not limited to, making tea, setting tables, rolling silverware, and cleaning the server station. Experience Previous experience in the Food Service Industry, including Bartending, is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Background in hospitality or hotel environments is beneficial. Experience with bussing, serving, and food preparation will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Alcohol knowledge is a plus, but not required.
