In this dynamic role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensure exceptional guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. We have positions open in the AM and PM Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and deliver exceptional service with a lively attitude. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Serve food, spirits, cocktails, and beverages with professionalism, including drink preparation and presentation. Upsell menu items, wine selections, and specialty drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food industry regulations. Manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly, including processing cash transactions and balancing registers. Assist with food preparation when needed, support kitchen staff during busy periods, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine varieties, cocktail mixing, and drink presentation. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and sales processing.
