As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order completion. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures while ensuring guest confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are essential. Experience in bussing, hosting, or other hospitality roles can enhance your application.
