Overview Join our team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this role, you will deliver guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create memorable moments for every member. Your energetic presence and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where members feel valued and cared for. We are looking for Servers with experience in fine dining, private clubs, or other elevated environments. This role is $2.50 + tips. Duties Provide detailed descriptions of menu items to enhance dining experience Take accurate orders using a POS system to ensure efficient communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster member relationships by creating a personable experience for our Members. Skills Restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality Proficiency with NorthStar POS is a major advantage Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Experience working in fine dining settings, private clubs desired but not mandatory Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication and guest relations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced settings
Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
