Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality, including cocktail and spirits service. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling additional menu items to maximize sales. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and beverage options like spirits and cocktails to enhance guest experience through personalized recommendations. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Provide attentive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume periods. Previous experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor that encourages guest loyalty.
