We are seeking an energetic individual to join us as a member of our Waitstaff team at The Village at Regional West. As a Waitstaff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. Your main goal will be to ensure that our residents and guests have an enjoyable experience. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized dining area and serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. A Day in the

As a Waitstaff team member at The Village at Regional West, your day centers on creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. You'll greet each person with a friendly, professional attitude and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Throughout your shift, you'll serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean, organized dining area. The pace can be fast, but your attention to detail and strong customer service skills help everything run smoothly. From keeping tables tidy to responding quickly to resident needs, every interaction contributes to a positive and comfortable dining environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
BLS upon hire ServSafe preferred Previous food service experience Ability to work flexible hours A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
