We're looking for a reliable, upbeat team member to handle counter service and takeout operations while supporting our front-of-house team during busy shifts.

Takeout Counter Position Overview:

This role is responsible for managing online to-go orders, phone orders, and counter transactions while also assisting servers with seating guests and keeping the front area organized. You'll be the first voice guests hear on the phone and a key part of keeping service running smoothly. If you're organized, friendly, and good at multitasking, this is a great position for you. Responsibilities Answer phones professionally and take accurate to-go orders Enter orders correctly into the POS system Cash out customers and handle cash payments accurately Package takeout orders neatly and double-check accuracy Greet guests at the counter with a friendly smile and attitude Maintain a clean and organized counter area Restock takeout supplies, condiments, and utensils Assist servers during peak times (running food, refills, small tasks) Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff Help with opening and closing side work Qualifications Customer service experience preferred, but willing to train Comfortable using POS computer system (Toast) and handling cash Strong communication skills/ problem solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Friendly and professional demeanor Reliable transportation and attendance is a MUST Must be able to stand for long periods Weekend and evening availability required What We're Looking For Positive attitude Detail-oriented Team player Strong sense of urgency Someone who stays calm under pressure Pay & Perks Base hourly pay Shared tip pool with other counter service staff (all online ordering and to go tips) Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Employee food discounts Opportunity for growth into other front-of-house roles If you're friendly, organized, and enjoy a busy environment, we'd love to meet you.
