Responsibilities Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. Uphold health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. must be available between 11-8 pm 9pm (8 hour shifts) our operating hours
